Devoted Nurses HH provides Qualified registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses.
Individualized care plans to promote, maintain and assist in restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness and disability. Personalized education programs designed to meet the individual needs of each patient. Wound care management (including surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, static ulcers, etc.) IV Antibiotic Therapy, IV hydrations, electrolyte therapy and parental nutrition. Administration of injections, Foley catheter care, Ostomy care Blood glucose monitoring and insulin management G, tube care and enteral nutrition pre and post, surgical care, Central line management Certified home health aides provide personal care and aid in the overall improvement of the patient’s quality of life.
Private Duty
A personalized plan of care on a shift care basis; ranging from a few hours per day up to 24 hours per day.
Our licensed vocational nurses, registered nurses and contracted providers offer the following services for those who qualify: Administration and set up of medications, Enteral Feedings, Colostomy Care, Catheterization, Tracheotomy Care, Diabetic Testing and Insulin Administration, Postoperative Surgical Care, Ventilator Care, Tube Feedings, Intravenous Therapy, Seizure Disorder Care, Aspiration Supervision, Traumatic Brain Injury Care, Pulmonary Injury Care, Neuromuscular Disease Care, Spinal Cord Injury Care, Cardiovascular Disease Care, Catastrophic Injury Care, Lab Services, Physical Therapy, Social Worker, Mobile X-ray, Occupational Therapy.
